Re: Public Records Act Request
Dear Public Records Officer: This is a request pursuant to the California Public Records Act, Government Code Section 6250, et seq.
Copies of the following documents are requested: Documents containing criteria used by the District, their contractor Bay Relations and/or subcontractor, under an Agreement entered 2/1/99, between Bay Relations and the San Mateo County Community College District, which was used in determining the mailing list for two brochures under the Districts Non Profit Organization Permit No. 27, San Mateo, CA. Specifically, these mailings are evidenced by invoices 20100, and 20120 from Bay Relations.
Also requested are copies of communications which occurred between March 1,1999 and the date of this request between Officers of the Associated Students of College of San Mateo, Skyline College and Canada College and District personnel. This also includes Anthony Hanni and Stacy Smith of the Associated Students at Canada College. District personnel includes College Administrators, as well as SMCCCD personnel. Members of the District Board of Directors, both elected and appointed are also included in the definition of District personnel.
